NICK HEINLE - VARSITY DEFENSIVE COORDINATOR
I am really Excited to be a part of Aztec Football and the Esperanza winning Tradition. I graduated from Fountain Valley in 1999 and in that time played many tough games against Esperanza in the old Sunset League. I graduated from Chapman University where I played football. This is my 15th year Coaching; 12 of these years as a Varsity Defensive Coordinator. I have been blessed to help lead the teams to 5 league titles, 2 CIF Championships at Canyon and Garden Grove High. I have coached in the North/South All-Star game twice and also as a player. Football has been my passion and now I am looking forward to experiencing it with son in the Program. I am a local business owner and currently live in Yorba Linda with my wife Michelle and my 3 Kids. Looking forward to the journey and grind of helping elevate the program to its full potential!

ANTHONY DRAFT - VARSITY OFFENSE / PASS GAME COORDINATOR
I grew up in OC on the outer area of the Placentia-Yorba Linda district, which was the other side of the 91 fwy in Anaheim. Yes, it didn't make sense to me either at the time but it did widen my circle of influence. today that has helped me with more relationships/recruiting with many didn't families from all walks of life. 2 years of youth football playing QB my brother and I won a champion the first year and made a deep run the second year. After that I attended one of our cross-town rivals Valencia HS. In 4yrs of football we only lost a total of 5 games, undefeated seasons our freshman & senior seasons. We made the playoffs all 4yrs and enjoyed one CIF championship. I continued to play basketball and football at Fullerton College. I was the starting X-WR on the 1994 kiss bowl championship team. I continued playing basketball in the US Navy. I was captain of the (all navy), air-wing, & v-2 squadron teams going undefeated for 2yrs. During my navy career I met Gillian the mother of our twins handsome 18yr old sons Dyaln & Ethan. They currently are attending Fullerton College and playing football. Dylan is a QB and Ethan is a WR/FS. I'm truly grateful for my parents for passing on their great athletic ability, their proper mindset to attack life challenges, they taught me how to follow & lead, how to be humble, and show me what family truly means. Last my brother who's always been there for me. He is the little big brother. He a great example of dream big, create a realistic plan, hard work, and execute the plan, you'll get the results. Signing his name at 5yr old he said I want to go to college and play in the NFL. well, he's a Stanford graduate, a 12yr veteran of the NFL, and great man! Aztec Nation I'm bringing a winner's mindset in life not just football! Let’s go.
